I had been looking for the perfect sofa bed , I knew the style I wanted , I took the risk to buy online without testing it out ,, my risk paid off ! They kept me well informed & honestly 5 star service , we haven’t used the sofa bed part but it is easy to assemble & comfortable ( sterdy)

Lovely sofa bed

We’re delighted with our lovely corner sofa bed. It’s a comfy solid sofa and I’m told it’s also a really comfy bed. It’s pretty solid, so for those who like a soft bed, probably not for you, but you can always buy a topper to give a softer feel. We like a solid bed, so it works for us. It’s also a great space saver in a smaller room, so we’re thrilled :grinning_face_with_star_eyes:

The sofa we ordered far exceeded our expectations. We were a bit nervous ordering the sofa bed without seeing it in person but the live video demo was great. It was also great receiving the samples so we could choose the fabric and colour. Our sofa was delivered within 6 weeks, the delivery itself was great and on time. We saw this at The Grand Designs show in October, we were impressed as unlike other sofa beds when using it as a bed it was really comfortable to lie on. Great product, looks luxurious and screams quality. We haven’t used it yet but am confident once we do we will be really happy with it

Cocoon saved Christmas!

The best service we have ever received. We ordered the Charlie in the Black Friday sale which included free shipping. We were given frequent updates on where we were in the manufacturing process. The courier who should have delivered to us in the North of Scotland couldn’t before Christmas so Craig arranged for a van to collect our sofa from the courier and Rob delivered it before Christmas Day. We bought Charlie corner sofa bed in summer but asked the delivery to be delayed until we’d renovated our room. The sofabed arrived within the timeframe we’d specified and the unpackers were brilliant. Friendly and did a good job, took all the packaging away. The sofabed itself is really comfy, it’s firm but that’s what we like, yet to properly use it as a sofa bed. Watch out for the sales, I think had we waited a little longer we would’ve saved another £300-400 which is a lot!

This sofa bed is great, it's really comfy both as a sofa and a bed. The mattress is quite firm which is what I wanted. The fabric is just like the Swatch, summertime is a gorgeous teal colour.
